1. Items accepted by appointment

to make an appointment.
2. Clothing limit of 40 of your
best items per drop-off
appointment. Up to 3 drop-off's
per your consignment period year
to total 120 items. There is a
first time consignment fee of
$15.00 per consignment contract.
Continuous consignment renewals
have a $10.00 yearly consignment
fee. Additional fee of $3.00 for
drop off’s exceeding the limits.
These fees help cover the cost
of supplies & advertisement. The
fee will automatically be
deducted from your account.
$35.00 for returned checks.

3. All merchandise will be
priced by Hot Potato Kids. Click
on the list T-shirt icon labeled
items accepted for a complete
list of items we do and do not
accept.
4. In general, before 90 days is
up, your items will go on clearance
and you will be notified for
pick-up. However, management may
mark down merchandise at their
discretion for the condition,
season, or demand of merchandise.
Any merchandise in stock are subject
to these sales. You will receive a
pick-up notification for all unsold
merchandise via a phone call or an
e-mail from Hot Potato Kids prior to
your pick-up date. All unsold
merchandise not picked up within the
7-day time frame of the date you are
notified with, becomes the property
of Hot Potato Kids Consignment Store
and will be disposed of at
management discretion. Merchandise
may not be picked up during the 90
day time frame.
5. Your proceeds of items sold
will be issued through an in-store
credit or issued a check of an
accrued amount of $25.00 or more.
Any fees accumulated will be
deducted from your account before
checks or in-store credit are
given. We do not mail out checks.
You may pick up your check at our
store during regular business
hours. Checks must be used within
90 days of date issued.
6. Hot Potato Kids Consignment
Store and the employees are not
liable for any damage to items
beyond their control, such as: fire,
tornado, flood, theft, loss,
damages, etc. Rest assured that all
possible steps will be taken to keep
your items safe and secure.
7. All sales are final, no
returns or exchanges.
